Doing Hard Things in a Light Way

What if challenges were experiences to be enjoyed – not endured? What if the heavy tasks that strengthen and define us could feel … light? Morgan will share the framework she used to bring a sense of peace and lightness to a recent challenge to climb the height of Mount Everest – in just 36 hours. And she’ll explain how that framework can be applied to tasks in your life or business. This topic can be a workshop where attendees will identify their own Everest and make a plan to make progress in a light and feminine way. It can also be a standalone presentation designed to inspire and have the audience thinking about how they can do hard things in a light way.

What does Light Meant to You?

Let me guess…You aren’t totally sure what “feeling light” means?

It means something different to everyone and changes by season. In this session attendees will learn the process for identifying what lights them up and learn how to practice so that they begin to make progress on their goals in a light way.

Create YOUR 56-day plan to Feel Lighter, Build Habits or Get Things Done!

This workshop can be customized to help your audience create a personalized action plan to implement learning, habits or practices. The Light 56 framework offers a simple and feminine way to implement learning. It includes a daily anchor (to build confidence), aligned actions (to make progress), and challenges (to have fun). Your audience will leave with a clear plan to turn their learning into action and the knowledge to apply this framework in their life, family, or job. This is a great workshop for summits, conferences or parent groups.

Redefining Success: Start with How You Want to FEEL

We’ve been told to start with why and use SMART goals, but there is another way to success and happiness. Instead start with how you want to feel — calm, confident, joyful, grateful or light. I’ll shift your thinking on success, sharing my journey from high achiever to stay-at-home mom, and how I developed the Light 56 framework. Learn to embrace a new definition of success that’s unique to you. Walk away with a fresh perspective and the confidence to pursue your true feelings of success.

Morgan's presentation on 'Doing Hard Things in a Light Way' was exactly what our community needed. She masterfully wove together her incredible 29029 story with practical frameworks that our members could immediately apply. What stood out was how she helped us reframe success and showed us that we can tackle big challenges while staying true to our values and maintaining joy. Several members were moved to tears (myself included!) by her authentic approach to building habits and finding light in difficult moments. Morgan's session wasn't just inspiring - it gave us actionable tools to make progress without the pressure of perfection.
