what makes Light 56 different?
Have you tried other habit building programs, challenges or memberships? I'm guessing since you're here they didn't go as you hoped! It might be that you didn't stick with it, you weren't happy with the results or how it made you feel. Here are the big three reasons I see struggles with other programs, and how Light 56 is different.
Rules
Sick of following other people's rules?The Light 56 program gives you control and a structured framework that can be catered to how much or little you need. The framework is designed to be flexible and enjoyable so you can make it work best for your personality to build your own self-confidence and commitment to yourself!

We also learn & practice how to embrace your femininity, intuition, agency, cycles and tap into external energy and cycles like the moon, seasons & nature!

Light 56 Circle will help you learn to practice of progress, not perfection. We will practice failing, missing a day, resetting and adjusting your goals so that you feel lighter. This can all be practiced with the Light 56 Challenge that gives you structure and support to practice for 56-days.

What's Included
You'll be supported each month with:

1:1 Session with Morgan
Work through your individual goals or struggles with Morgan who can point you to different tools or techniques to try. This is also the perfect time to design or check in on your ABCs for the Light 56 challenge.

Each session is 15 - 30 minutes.

Live Virtual Sessions
Virtual sessions will focus on intention setting, releasing, learning and/or creating (recordings will be available for the learning part of these sessions). Each month a guest speaker will join us on topics such as style, organizing/decluttering, parenting, therapy, painting, crafting and improv just to name a few.
2-3 sessions each month.

Private Online Community
Access to the online community including easy access to all of the Light 56 resources including all available printables, trackers & challenges.

Optional Challenges
Support your goals and habits by participating in a Light 56 challenge, mini-challenges or seasonal challenge (Summer & Holiday). These are completely optional but an excellent way to stay committed to your goals, both big and small using the proved Light 56 Framework.
